I completed my EMDR training through the EMDR Institute in 2013, became EMDR Certified in 2019, and am now an Approved Consultant (AC) as of 2026. With over 13 years of clinical experience and hundreds of hours using EMDR therapy effectively with clients, I’m passionate about supporting clinicians in deepening their skills and confidence in EMDR.
My experience includes working with adults from diverse backgrounds, including those navigating complex trauma and chemical or process addictions. I also bring a thoughtful, culturally responsive approach to EMDR case conceptualization and application.
In consultation, you will:
- Strengthen your understanding and application of EMDR fundamentals (the 3-pronged approach and 8 phases)
- Build confidence in treating both single-incident and complex trauma
- Develop culturally responsive EMDR case conceptualizations, including work with BIPOC populations
- Explore EMDR applications for special populations, including addictions and Christian spirituality/religious trauma
- Receive guidance and support as you work toward EMDRIA certification

- Group Consultation (90 minutes): $50 (currently unavailable)
- Individual Consultation (60 minutes): $125
